I thought I had a skunk living under my deck, everyone I called wasn’t able to fit me in until 1/2 weeks later. I called Kyle and he showed up that evening and started working, he found out it was a raccoon and not a skunk living under there, he finished the job that night and for a great price. After we got many quotes and was told we had to wait a few days before they could come, and the cost was unbelievable!!! Kyle, fit us in and came the same day he called letting me know that he was on his way! showed up at 7pm and finished the job. He was up our attic and looked in every nick and cranny for the Racoon and possible babies. He was so professional and left our house looking amazing. His prices by far the best out there. Kyle arrived at our house within hours of contacting him regarding an animal digging into our crawl space. When he arrived he had an action plan in place and efficiently installed a one-way trap and netting to prevent future access. Not only did Kyle do a great job during the installation process he also was tidy and left no mess. Kyle is such a wonderful human being! He loves animals as you can see in the photo taken when he came to remove a family of raccoons. He is respectful of others’ time as he called me to notify me that he was stuck in traffic. He was efficient and did not overcharge. Soooo reasonable. I had a bird problem in my dryer vent. Kyle was quick to arrive, assess and take care of the bird nest – cleaned the dryer vent and put everything back together professionally. He went the extra mile to create a custom solution with a mesh to cover the openings according to my liking. Highly recommended!

I can honestly say that I never knew how much quality and timely customer service meant to me until I had an animal scratching in my bedroom wall at 1am! I turned to Google, found Kyle’s company, and send a message! I was pleasantly surprised when he returned my email promptly at 6am and was here to inspect and solve my issue same day. What a relief! Kyle is extremely knowledgable, a great communicator (he even messaged to check-in afterwards to ensure we were satisfied and that the wild intruder was gone) and we’ve used him since to assess other areas of potential pest access in our home. In the past I’ve called a bigger company and was shocked at their pricing. Kyle’s pricing is fair and he really goes above and beyond to make the customer happy (and relieve any anxiety that a wild animal could chew into my room at night)!
